Review: Hi, I received this product but unfortunately it arrived damaged. The bottle had opened inside the package and there was no tape or seal to secure it. As you can see in the photos, some of the shower gel leaked inside the packaging. I’m really disappointed because I intended this as a gift, but it arrived in this condition. Could you please advise what solution we can find? Thank you.

Review: Love the scent, but do not love the sticker they put on the side. It was supposed to be a gift and I used 25 minutes to rub off that bar code sticker
